You all say it's expensive .What should we locals say? Most tourists have higher salaries than we do in Croatia.

In Croatia, everything is ridiculously expensive, and they are taking advantage of people’s most basic necessity: water. It’s absolutely unacceptable. At kiosks, you can find water for €3.50–€4, while at the supermarket I bought a pack of 12 small bottles and paid €10 at Lidl!!! Parking is also ridiculously expensive, and of course, everything is private, so you have to pay by the hour. Even public toilets cost €1! And the public showers, where you can rinse off the salt after swimming, cost €0.50 for 30 seconds and €1 for 60 seconds. The souvenirs are ridiculously overpriced too — €6 for a single fridge magnet! Restaurants are extremely expensive as well. Honestly, I find this absolutely disgraceful. This is my first and last time visiting Croatia, specifically Split.

Can’t live on only burek. Most of the restaurants/places to eat have gotten very expensive in Split

Le palais est gratuit pour y traverser vite fait et ça prend littéralement 10 minutes mais si tu veux vraiment le visiter il faut payer 🤣 il y a un stand à l’intérieur avec musée archéologique ou encore pour monter tout en haut de palais ou dans l’église du palais tout ça c’est payant … je viens d’y aller, et croyez moi économiser bien avant car les prix sont plus cher qu’en France ! Sinon vous allez avoir vite faire le tour
