Stars , sun and moon they follow the magnetic field of the earth and sky . And viewing from below depends primarily on your location in relation to that magnetic field ,,, secondarily depends on location of that magnetic field in relation to your location's specific atmospheric dome .

Mate, WTF do you mean nobody has went far enough south to catalog the stars, star constellations, nebula and galaxys seen in the southern hemisphere to the south? Do you just not know about all the different cultures that are from the southern hemisphere that have been doing that for thousands of years now??? I from Perth australia, and I'm an astronomer. I've been making astronomical observations for over 30 years. I've also been to the continent of antarctica and made astronomical observations. The stars, and star constellations seen to the south from the southern hemisphere are not a mirror reflection of the stars and star constellation see to the north in the northern hemisphere. That is a 100% fact. The southern hemisphere of planet earth is facing a completely different region of space.

there is no Polar Star in the South nothing heads west to east in the sky if true we should have seen the moon and the sun heading west to east as well but that never observed
