It’s exhausting when tiny changes in somebody’s behavior can immediately feel enormous to you. They take a little longer to respond and your brain starts reviewing the last conversation for something you did wrong. Their message has one less emoji than usual and suddenly you’re wondering whether their feelings changed overnight. Your mind starts trying to recognize the pattern early enough that maybe this time you won’t be blindsided. But constantly searching for signs that you’re about to lose somebody can accidentally make love feel like something you’re always preparing to lose. Every delayed reply becomes evidence. Every quiet evening becomes a test. Every change in energy becomes something that needs immediate reassurance. And that’s a painful way to live because relationships naturally fluctuate. Someone can adore you and still have a day where they’re exhausted and less affectionate. They can leave you on seen because something distracted them. They can sound different because they’re stressed about something that has absolutely nothing to do with you. The goal isn’t to shame yourself for needing reassurance, but to slowly learn the difference between intuition and fear. If there’s a genuine pattern of distance, inconsistency, or disrespect, talk about it. But if somebody has consistently shown you that they’re safe, sometimes you have to let their history with you speak louder than one weird text. And a loving partner can help too—not by becoming responsible for regulating every anxious thought, but by communicating clearly enough that you’re not constantly guessing where you stand. Eventually, love should become a place where a changed tone can mean they’re having a bad day instead of automatically meaning I’m about to be abandoned. You deserve relationships where communication creates security, but also the inner peace to know that one unread message doesn’t mean somebody stopped loving you.

🎥How I make Neiman Marcus Bars♥️a dessert bar made up of three delicious layers that will NOT disappoint✨Cake-y, chocolaty, and flaky (in a good way😉)👆🏻this dessert travels well and feeds a small crowd☀️ Grab the recipe for these bars below👇🏻 INGREDIENTS 1 box of yellow cake mix 1 stick of butter, softened 3 eggs 12 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips 8oz cream cheese, at room temp 1 tsp vanilla 16oz box or 4 cups confectioners sugar, sifted INSTRUCTIONS Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a 9x13 baking pan or Pyrex dish by spraying it with cooking spray. Mix together your dry cake mix ingredients (not a fully prepared cake mix), 1 stick of softened butter, and 1 egg until a yellow play-doh consistency forms. Press your mix evenly into the bottom of your prepared 9x13 pan. Spread your chocolate chips evenly on top of the first layer. Gently press the chips into the top of the Beat 8oz of cream cheese softened to room temp., 2 eggs, and 1 tsp of vanilla until well combined. Continue beating and slowly add in 4 cups or 1 box of sifted confectioners sugar one large spoonful at time. Mix all these ingredients together until a smooth consistency forms, leaving very little to no lumps in the batter. To avoid lumps, make sure your cream cheese is soft and your confectioners sugar is sifted. Pour this smooth batter evenly over the chocolate chip layer. Bake these bars for 1 hour and 5 minutes at 300 degrees Fahrenheit, adding additional baking time in 5 minute increments if the top layer is not fully risen. The edges should be golden brown, and the top layer should be even on top. Remove the bars from the oven and allow them to cool for one hour before serving. Once the bars are cool, I cut them into squares.
