I wish we had number 9. My 9 year old got hit by a car. The driver has no penalty. My daughter is now brain damaged catastrophically injured and we get absolutely no funding or enough money to take care of her. She needs 24 hour care. They don’t give us enough for 24 hour care they give us a quarter of what 24 hour care is. They give us $12 an hour to pay for a healthcare worker at home to help us. She needs 24 hour care and she requires two people to transfer her and I have to take over most of the care as we only get enough money to pay for 1/4 of what she needs And I still have to quit my job and now I have no income. I have to be at 24 hour caretaker and somehow still managed to take care of my son and pay for all my girls in my house and I am a single parent so thank you very much British Columbia. We’re gonna be on the street with nothing with a disabled child because that’s what’s coming.
