i was always taught that you should use a knife to strip the outer grey off the inner cables NOT USE THE EARTH AS A RIP CORD. This stresses the earth cable and is not as per manufactures reccomendations. using side cutters to stip the insulation off the cores is also a no no. it can damage the core.. Use a knife .......

Too much going on in a box. Leave it all in the rose most switch’s are shallow, 1 twin and a 3way strap only time you need any more is for llike an outside light then you bring a single neutral down then split the live

you could have used the blue wires for the switch live. so it looks like you have many unnecessary wires in the box
