A grand jury in Ohio recently declined to indict a man on vandalism charges involving a flock camera despite video evidence of him committing the "crime" and as a result the charges were dropped, so there's hope!

in east Cleveland Ohio they take old beater cars or stolen and run this stuff over East Cleveland Ohio had to stop using portable speed cameras cuz they kept running over them ha hahaha yeppers!
