Hmmm why my doctors have not even mentioned to do a scan… I’m Asian. Turns out I went into menopause at 41. I’m 43.

59 here. only have osteoporosis in my hands, little in feet . my dexa was perfect. I really think alot of this is because my generation did the housework, yard, garden and childcare ourselves. now I worked a regular job too, but wanted to teach my kids to do for them self & live for daily excersize. my daughter & daughters.in law don't do these things. the sit at work and go to restaurants, hire maids, hire landscapers, eat meals via door dash. not saying you have to do it all. but balance it out for your bones health!
