can someone tell me why kids need snack? sometimes I notice my kids are hungry between meals, I give them a fruit or small granola bar but that isn't the norm day to day. why can't they wait to eat like everyone else?

Idk why but eating carrots in circles when it’s not cooked felt weird. Have you tried making them into sticks to eat with the ranch.
