Never heard of that. My experience in a strip club as you pay as you go. One lap dance and it could be $10-$20 to depending on the rate at the moment there’s no way in hell he could rack up that amount without having paid for anything upfront.

Police can’t do anything. Club says he owes, he can say he doesn’t. And just like that it’s a civil matter. Unless they can provide evidence on the spot that theft has occurred. Which is impossible for this kind of service
