Sea Salt Ice Cream 🍦 from Kingdom Hearts 🗝️ ​Recipe: ​-2 egg yolks ​-65g sugar ​-475ml whole milk ​-235ml whipping cream ​-1 tsp vanilla extract ​-5g fine sea salt ​-12 drops blue food coloring ​-3 drops green food coloring ​Instructions: ​Whisk egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until pale and thick. ​Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming, but do not boil. Slowly whisk hot milk into the egg mixture to temper it. ​Pour back into the saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens into a light custard. Remove from heat. Strain into a clean bowl through a fine mesh sieve. Stir in sea salt, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and food coloring until a seafoam blue color forms. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour. ​Pour into popsicle molds, insert wooden sticks, and freeze for at least 6 hours until solid. ​Run molds briefly under warm water to release then sit on a clocktower with your best friends and enjoy ^_^ ​#kingdomhearts #seasalticecream #animefood #cooking #foodkagechris
