He needs to be with the other chickens in the coop. Him being alone will stress him and he will crow because of that. You can place that kennel in the run with your others to introduce him. You also should take off the cover if it’s hot and instead place him under the shade with the others. It will let the others see and talk with him

I hope he hushes up! Covering him during the day might be hot and stuffy for him (idk what your temps are but I'm hot af over here lol) I definitely think it'll helps quiets him at night tho 💚
