The whole problem is GoldBoard takes their commissions and percentage from the money given to them by Bank of Ghana or take commissions after buying the Gold so when the Gold is purchase and given to Bank of the Ghana and they sell they don't get their actual money back because GoldBoard has taken their percentage so the best way was for BOG to keep the Gold and not sell now wait till the world market price shoot up before selling.
