Idk why the prosecutor even agreed to that deal in the first place. I’m not saying give the kid jail time but at the very least probation, community service and a record. If she gets away with it with no consequence it really wouldn’t do her any favours she will never learn

It is weird that the DA didn’t refer to her history. But, if they were in agreement on a deal, that could be why. If the DA didn’t want a deal like this, they would likely point out her history.
