As much as the motive and morality of what Wike did is questionable, he's absolutely broken no Law. Judges are civil servants while senators governors and state/national assembly members are elected officers. There's nothing legally wrong if the government built homes for civil servants into which those judges fall. One can only question why same Wike wouldn't do so for School teachers, Principals, Lecturers, Fire service officials, Policemen, Road safety official etc
