town I work just had an e bike death. kid was crossing the road (a busy highway) with no cross walk there. kid got hit and driver fled, unfortunately kid didn't make it. sad story.

Those E-bikes are dangerous i see kids like 12 year olds riding in the middle of the road, riding in circles don’t obey road rules. Accident waiting to happen

Possibly a product liability for the business and company that sold the ebike. I wonder if there are 18+ stickers on the ebike.

The attending private school part of this really made me sympathetic and would’ve led me to award millions of dollars to this family. My sympathies to this family and thanks for being a big help to them.🙏🙏❤️❤️

In Los Angeles E-bikes are becoming a nightmare and very dangerous to everyone around them! No rules, no responsibility no awareness. Pure chaos and authorities are doing nothing about it.

How bout a check up on the ups guy. Guy has to live w that. At fault or not. As a former delivery guy i cant count how many times people are walking and texting who walk into my bumper as they cross the street. No looking up to see if its safe to cross, NOTHING. HOPE THE UPS GUY IS OK💯

as I mountain bike enthusiast. It is very important for our community that people learn to differentiate the term E-Bike and E-Moto. E-Bike = Bicycles that have a motor to assist when pedaling. Does not have a throttle and does not reach 30+MPH E-Moto = Eletric motorcycles with a throttle. Capable of reaching 50+MPH. My condolences to the family.

These pics were a few Weeks after my grandsons accident on e-bike. 🤬😤 it still looks bad & didn’t heal like it should’ve if treated at an open wound hospital. Happened memorial weekend & still looks terrible! 😢 No child should ever ride those things!
