Uber really really has the worst customer support, the amount of times we order uber eats or buy something on an uber shop and it never gets packed, or never delivered(the driver is eating it somewhere) or the wrong thing is delivered, and then they still take the money, and then you need to battle with Ai to get your money back, YOH
