It’s not an insane thought that some people wake up and think that they just can’t clean when people wake up everyday and think that they just can’t live. Have compassion for the people who are still in the fight.

".....loss of a child....." nothing else even needs to be said as far as I'm concerned. I cannot imagine feeling like anything makes sense after that loss...cleaning? Why? Not after that loss. Even living doesn't quite seem worth it. Good on her for staying each day and finally feeling up to popping her head up and saying, "Fuck this. I need help. I need out of this."

One thing really stood out to me in this video 🥺🥺🥺 just a small thing…the little plug in air freshener…it looked so out of place in that kitchen. And it’s like a little piece of the woman who lives there was evident. Somebody who is house proud, loves their house to smell clean…and it was buried almost beneath the chaos. Whoever lives in this house, I hope she feels seen, we as mums with a shit load of trauma and grief, just trying to make it through the day and stay alive…we see you!!! You’re not alone ❤️I have 2 children, I’m not sure how I would carry on if I lost either of them. Whoever you are, DO NOT be ashamed, you deserve the time to heal and I pray you do 🫶🏼
