These are the simple meals I eat to help me stay strong, energized and glowing at 64. ✨ Nothing fancy or restrictive. Just nourishing food I genuinely enjoy and meals that don’t require spending half the day in the kitchen. Here’s what I ate today 👇 🍳 Breakfast — Avocado Egg & Berry Plate ▪️ 2 eggs + 2 egg whites ▪️ ½ avocado ▪️ Sautéed spinach ▪️ Blueberries or strawberries ▪️ Slice of sourdough or whole-grain toast ▪️ Sprinkle of hemp or chia seeds 🥗 Lunch — Lemon Herb Chicken Bowl ▪️ 150g grilled chicken ▪️ Mixed greens + arugula ▪️ Cucumber + cherry tomatoes ▪️ ½ avocado ▪️ Quinoa ▪️ Olive oil + fresh lemon ▪️ Sprinkle of pumpkin seeds 🐟 Dinner — Garlic Ginger Salmon Bowl ▪️ 150–160g salmon ▪️ Roasted broccoli + zucchini ▪️ Sweet potato or brown rice ▪️ Sautéed spinach ▪️ Fresh ginger + garlic ▪️ Olive oil + squeeze of lemon The older I get, the more I realize I don’t need to make healthy aging complicated. Protein. Healthy fats. Plenty of colorful whole foods. Strength training. Good sleep. And most importantly — doing those things consistently instead of jumping from one new “anti-aging” trend to the next. There’s also one morning habit that has earned a permanent spot in my routine: supporting my NAD levels. 🧬 I became interested in NAD because of the important role it plays in cellular energy and because NAD+ levels tend to decline with age. I don’t look at it as a shortcut or a replacement for taking care of myself. It’s simply something I choose to do alongside all the basics. I take mine every morning with breakfast, and at this point I barely even think about it — it’s just part of my routine. 🤍 The exact one I use is linked in my bio. It’s an Amazon Best Seller for a reason 💛 Follow + comment
