My Orthodontist ALWAYS makes it a point to tell me how good my oral hygiene is, at every single appointment baby you can’t play with your mouth, ppl don’t understand, not taking care of your mouth and teeth can literally affect your brain

I kept mine so clean my ortho always gave me high praise every time I went. She would say how she wishes everyone kept their braces this clean. Ppl just be so nasty

Um yeah, routine cleanings with no wires every 6 months, interdental brushes, cocofloss, threaders, waterpik.. Antibacterial crest toothpaste and arm & hammer toothpaste, stainless steel tongue scraper, Crest pro health mouthwash and peroxide rinse. My ortho tech tells me all the time “Jazmine, stop being dramatic— you have a clean mouth” lol!

I’m a hygiene student & I can assure you she wasn’t brushing at all, or not using the specific brushing method for ortho … it can leave the outline of your braces on your teeth too

NO DAMN BUISNESS!!!!, Plaque builds when your not doing the right , brushing flossing ,water pik below and above the brackets.... I see plenty of children who takes care of their OH with braces and I see plenty who dont. big difference!!!!!
