My dr never checks it, I feel so gaslit. Every dr I’ve asked don’t, I’ve went to several different ones and I ask in advance to do the full panel but tsh and t4 only comes back.

I make my Dr check my ft4, ft3 , tsh, rt3 or don't bother doing my blood work. because I know what my ranges need to be she doesn't need to understand. I have been dealing with this for 32 yrs

my first pcp didnt. after watching @ThyroidTok | McCall McPherson @thrivewithbrandy_ @Beyond TSH with Nikki the NP and Jess, I fired my old pcp and found one who checks EVERYTHING!. she put me on liothyronine 5mcg 3x a day and i feel amazing!!! thank you guys and @modernthyroid for teaching us how to advocate for ourselves
