well it runs so thays a good start, does it drive? a roof skin is gonna be expensive and I would highly recommend that some who has lots of body work experience handles that part of your project but the car other wise looks pretty rust free

you can start by changing the oil, draining and cleaning the fuel tank replacing the fuel filter and air filter then you can get to the brakes
