I have a white cornea in one eye due to an old eye injury. The vision in that eye is currently absent. Is it possible to perform surgery, such as a corneal transplant, to remove the white opacity and make the cornea clear again, even if the vision does not return? My main goal is for the eye to look normal and healthy. Could you please tell me if this is possible in my case?

Opinion 6/30 left eye from Keretacones. Corena stable but Keretacones progress despite cross linking. Is transplant worth it to improve vision even though cornea still stable?
