I don't get the Fox References, is he upset that Disney isn't making enough movies under 20th Century Studios banner because FOX sold it and most of the entertainment business to Disney. they don't have much if any movie studio banner. they just have the Fox lot, TV and cable needs and sports until the Roku deal closes.
