There are cis women athletes out there who take literal steroids to make themselves stronger... but yes let's all worry about the 1% of trans women who factually have LESS testosterone and who therefore have less muscle mass than their cis counterparts because they're the real problem when it comes to equality in sports, right? it's definitely not the poor media coverage, the wage/prize gap, or the lack of investment perpetuated by actual men, no that would be too logical.

trans women have less testosterone than biological women. by the 2nd or 3rd year straight of being on get there is a significant decrease in muscle mass and bone density (the biggest buzzwords used against trans women in sports) by the 5th year straight a trans woman's muscle mass and bone density are at the same levels as your average woman with higher estrogen levels than the majority of biological women

I'm a former professional trans athlete, national champ and world champ. I had to follow the guidelines of my sports organization. Minimum of two years of testosterone blockers and two years of HRT replacement. If these two men want to apply for the WNBA draft then no problem just make them go through the two year requirement of hormone replacement. Their bodies will change so much. Muscle mass gone, fat redistribution, breast growth, libido gone. See how they like living with those effects.
