If you have been doing two then maybe do only two. I feel like sticking to what you know works is best. Do I dive? No. Do I tape my legs? Also no. 😂 but I feel like you shouldn’t change up now so you can be comfy and confident.

You can spray allergy nose spray on your skin, let it dry, then apply the tape to prevent irritation! 3M also makes a barrier cream but you’d need to give it more time to absorb and dry than the allergy spray.
