INGREDIENTS: ● Wheat tortillas — 2 Pcs. ● Cream cheese — 2 tbsp. ● Mozzarella cheese — about 200 g ● Cheddar cheese — optional ● Butter — for garlic butter ● Olive oil — for garlic butter ● Garlic — finely minced ● Salt — a pinch ● Fresh parsley — optional INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Prepare the garlic butter. Add a little olive oil and butter to a skillet, then add finely minced garlic and a pinch of salt. 2. Cook over low heat for a few minutes, allowing the garlic to gently flavor the oil and butter. Do not let the garlic burn. 3. Preheat the oven to 200°C. 4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place one round wheat tortilla on it. 5. Spread 2 tbsp. of cream cheese evenly over the entire tortilla. 6.
