The d0uble standard is one of the major problems we have in Nigeria. They were trained at the academy to address their colleagues by their first names, but you can't accept it. Why can't you simply discontinue such an orientation at the academy? Gen Z doesn't apply c0mm0n sense they just follow what they were told.
