you really think 1000 dollars is not enough?This person might have children to support. It wouldn't be fair for them to go without to please you. It is desgusting what she did however 1000 bucks is a huge loss for a family. And like you said you dont know the facts that led to this fine amount.

$1000 is okay, it's the first time she got caught, but they should have forced her to do 40 hours of community services as well, in the form of clean up. Really hard and dirty work. Any second offence moving forward would automatically be the maximim fine and 400 hours of community services, same hard, dirty work.
