weekly for directions, daily to confirm weekly direction, 4hrs for structure and demand and supply

you can do it on the lower time frame... use higher time frame to see bias...then mark up yesterdays high and low...on the 15 min, just mark up your box, with your high/low...take the trade when it hits it..after a retest.
