Is this really the company surrounding someone presenting himself through dawah? May Allah guide everyone. What makes this relevant is that Tee is not some random woman being dragged into Ali Dawah’s name. She has publicly associated with him, appeared with him, and involved herself in disputes surrounding him. So when Muslim women are picked apart, lectured, scrutinised and publicly called out in the name of Islam, people are entitled to ask: Where is that same energy for your own circle? The imagery and themes in this video are the complete opposite of the Islamic moral standard these online dawah spaces constantly demand from other people — particularly Muslim women. And that raises a much bigger question: How much of this online “Islamic” image is actually about Islam, and how much is about protecting a clique? I’m not saying Ali Dawah is responsible for everything his friends have ever done. But if someone publicly positions themselves as an Islamic voice while relentlessly scrutinising other Muslims, then the people they platform, defend and associate with are naturally going to be questioned too. You cannot have one rule for Muslim women you disagree with and another rule for your friends. Same deen. Same standard. حنا ما كنحكموش على الناس بالنفاق، ولكن النفاق فالمعايير خاصو يتفضح.
