My husband was at the courthouse on a different trial during the Andrea Yates first trial. He watched Andrea’s husband several times during the week he was there, and my husband said that Andrea’s husband should’ve been on trial. Also he was a piece of work.

All he needs to do is plant doubt. The prosecution has the burden to prove their case of which they did not do. I thought he was just going to rest and not call one witness. He is doing a masterful job. The DA should be embarrassed.
