@call_me_atoussa: If you’ve spent years being corrected, misunderstood, blamed, or made to feel like you’re too much, it can become way too easy to question yourself when someone treats you badly. This is not to say that people with ADHD are always more likely to be with narcissists, or that this is some kind of rule. I’m talking about a pattern that can happen when rejection sensitivity, people-pleasing, and years of feeling like you’re “too much” or “always doing something wrong” start shaping the way you see yourself. That can make it easier to take the blame, second-guess your own reactions, and stay in dynamics where someone is constantly making you feel like you’re the problem.
