Assuming is what DCU Batman will look like is insane to me. We don’t even have a date yet. And saying that BatFleck will always have the best suit seems like bait to me. Now, if you were to just focus on the existing costumes and said all the same points, this discussion would’ve made more sense. However, the assuming and the praise of the DCEU makes it seem like a group of people pissed you off, and now you’ve become combative with them. I’m not saying you can’t criticize the new universe, and it’s fine to disagree how they’re doing things. But let’s at least wait for first looks or for the projects to actually release. With all that being said, creators do listen to the audience reactions. If these costumes look uniform-y now, I’m not gonna assume it’ll look like that indefinitely. The MCU constantly changes their characters’ looks.

The point of a DC suit isn’t supposed to be like marvels super suits, say what you will but marvel suits are more practical for the averages or x men even the colors they wear but DC there costumes are supposed too be corny and silly but it still need to be added with some cinematic style like Toby’s spider suit

I think showing the Justice gang suits is misleading because the point of those suits is that they are a uniform. They are specifically branded superheroes owned by a corporation and therefore belong in uniform.

I think the suits in Lanterns are more indicating that the suits will reflect the projects they are designed for and not a grander universe. Which makes sense, designing suits in the latter would be the first time that’s ever been done for film, ever

Idk, i really don't mind if it's not 1-to-1 from the Comics. I like seeing the creative freedom to give their own twist on a character, as long as it presents the characters with love & care! I'm a Comic Fan, not a Conservative Comic Fan, but still a Comic Fan! It's why my favorite suit is the Battinson suit, like someone making a Book Report and writes their own summary of the Book instead of writing what they found on Wikipedia and changing some words and rearranging sentences.

The unfortunate thing about the Man of Steel suit is that in real life it's colorful. I'd say that the actual colors make the suit look beautiful. For some reason during post production Snyder chooses to mute the colors to an extremely absurd level.

I feel this video ignores the suicide squad, blue beetle and super girl whose outfits look good if not amazing majority of the time. and probably the core of where the sentiment comes from creature commandos, where we see Batman's blue trunks outfit. I think it also ignores story context which is important to why the suits exist as they are, even if I heavily agree with your general ideas.
