Sometimes Its only Muslims who understand why,Most a times these recitations comes with warnings from our criator to the ungreatefull and sinners which is fearful and also carries gladtidings to who fear and obey the criator .As he is not the only one crying,many people outside who understand what the meaning are also crying out of fear and hope that causes emotion and that is normal like you testified that you almost shed tears .may God have mercy on us Ameen.
