your last sentence is the only thing that matters - the first was made out to be a bad mom and LC is seen as being a good mom... it has nothing to do with money, looks, race, etc. this case has gotten national attention, pushed through the algorithms, and found its way in front of countless women who have experienced what LC did : she sought care, was begging for help, and that help came in the form of pills being consistently thrown at her that seemed to only amplify or worsen her symptoms. im not a mom, or affluent, but I've had the same experience. doctors who do not treat you - they throw pills at symptoms. change is needed and you constantly trying to make this about things its not is weird.

Casey Antony’s case is no way similar to the Lindsay Clancy case, a better comparator is the case of Latarsha Sanders. These women didn’t care about postpartum depression/psychosis then because she is the opposite in appearance as Lindsay Clancy, she was an struggling black woman that wasn’t even permitted to show her medical records on trial

I have to say that I don’t fully agree with you. I watched the Casey Anthony documentary, and was frankly surprised that she was not found guilty. Lindsay Clancy said she heard voices compelling her to unalive her children, but the evidence doesn’t really show that she did. There are a lot of holes in the timeline and some facts that aren’t really adding up. I in the Clancy trial, we are seeing her journal entry talking about how much she loved her kids and trying to get better. In the Anthony trial, we saw photos of her partying and Google searches directly related to the death. So I don’t know. Personally, I am not supporting Clancy so much as I’m empathetic for her situation and everyone is innocent until proven guilty. I don’t really follow trials, but this one got me.

Lindsay Clancy is manipulative. People keep saying that they recognize Patrick as a narcissist because they have dealt with a narcissist. My dad was a diagnosed narcissist. I was raised by him, I spent my formative years dealing with narcissistic abuse. I left on my 18th birthday and spent years in therapy trying to undo the damage caused to me by narcissistic abuse. Patrick Clancy does not seem narcissistic to me personally. Maybe slightly standoffish and private, but that’s wildly different. Lindsay Clancy seems to get whatever she wants, craves attention and validation, and even watching her demeanor during the trial I have noticed her mask slowly coming off because she’s feeling more confident so the act is more and more unnecessary. I personally believe that she ki//ed her children because they made her feel out of control of her life. Narcissists need control.
