Have you ever been tested for SIBO?! I have dealt with it for over 10 years constantly bloated after eating. I thought it was food allergies and then drs thought I was lactose intolerant. It has very similar symptoms to all of those too, but once treating SIBO all of this has gone away. It is reoccurring for me, but once you treat it and your gut is better you will know when it comes back!
