@foxnews: Chilling images show the woman accused of plotting an ISIS-inspired bombing allegedly surveilling the New York State Capitol and buying materials for the attack. The FBI says Jessica Bowie scouted the Capitol roughly five times. On Aug. 5, she allegedly went to a Home Depot in Rensselaer with $200 provided by a confidential source and bought materials she believed would be used to build the bomb. She allegedly planned to hide the device inside a DoorDash bag and detonate it while state senators were meeting. Bowie was arrested after allegedly taking possession of an inert gun and explosive device from undercover sources. Authorities say she also discussed future attacks targeting Times Square, the White House and the president.
