Remember, depression is mostly formed of negative thoughts, and they are clearly lies about yourself, situation, future etc. We can obviously replace those lies with positivity. So whenever you feel all those nasty lies taking over you, just think deep down if necessry in your memories to find all the positive things you have, and than Repeat Them until The brain understands that this is The real truth. And Yes, those thoughts might come back, but now you know exactly what you need to do, and it Will be much easier to make them go away You got this 💪🏿
