I’ve had Santa Fe in Sosúa saved for YEARS, so I knew I had to finally make it here on this trip to DR 🇩🇴🌴 Located inside Sosúa Ocean Village on the North Coast, Santa Fe is basically a massive oceanfront day club with multiple pools, waterfalls, lounge areas, restaurants, bars and some seriously beautiful views. We drove from Santiago and it took us about 1 hour & 40 minutes. The drive itself is beautiful, you’re going up and down through the mountains before making your way toward the coast. The day pass is currently RD$2,800 per adult Monday-Friday and RD$3,800 on weekends & holidays and here’s the best part, the amount you pay is consumable toward food & drinks at the restaurant and bar. So you’re basically eating and drinking your entrance fee. The Food thoughhh, I was genuinely impressed! Sometimes places like this cater so much to tourists that the food ends up lacking flavor, but absolutely not here. We got the Mofongo de Chicharrón and it was nice and garlicky with so much flavor. My husband got the Sancocho de Chuleta Ahumada and was in HEAVEN. And I’m still thinking about the Chinola Colada because it might genuinely be the best one I’ve ever had. Another thing I LOVED was The music. Bachata, merengue, a little dembow, just Latin music all day. It actually felt like we were in the Dominican Republic, which made the whole experience that much better. There are several different pools and areas to explore, waterfalls and plenty of spots to lounge, but that oceanfront infinity pool is definitely the star. Just FYI, it gets DEEP, so you need to be a strong swimmer or grab a life vest if you want to swim all the way out to the edge 😅 Santa Fe was definitely worth the visit 🇩🇴✨ 📍 Santa Fe — Sosúa, Puerto Plata 💰 RD$2,800 weekdays | RD$3,800 weekends & holidays 🍹 Day pass is consumable toward food & drinks #republicadominicana🇩🇴 #sosua🇩🇴 #santafe #rd
