I wish I bought earlier, I finished paying off my mortgage and I’m so happy, renting was awful for over ten years I paid someone else’s PITI now I have 100% equity and that’s the endgame people don’t see it but it’s true

That’s good and well but when rent prices are way cheaper than a mortgage would be for a similar property, it doesn’t make financial sense to buy in today’s market for most people. The market is simply not sustainable at today’s prices
