So Lindsey said NOTHING notable about the voices or her children or missing her children or remorse for her actions… the only notable conversation was what Lindsey wanted and DESERVED and was excited about for HERSELF. NOTED. Also, physical related medical information during the conversation IS NOT covered by confidentiality but only MENTAL health information is to stay between the NONMEDICAL AND NONCLERGY lady…. But I’m not sure how confidentiality would be, in anyway, related to this ladies personal notes and why the personal notes only discuss what Lindsey WANTS, NEEDS, DESERVES, and is EXCITED ABOUT FOR HERSELF. WOW. This witness did NOTHING for the defense and STRONGLY helped with the prosecution…. How did her attorney not see this prior to trial and while choosing to use her as a defense witness and prepping her taking the stand… All I got out of this is that Lindsey is an EXTREMELY SELF-CENTERED, NEEDY, GREEDY, EMOTIONLESS, COLD, and NARCISSISTIC PERSON. Lastly, bringing up her filling the paperwork out for an income….. while locked up for triple murder of her own three children and her attorney bringing up the families expenses… the family CHOOSES to stay in hotels and visit her and not work and take on all these extra expenses. NO ONE IS FORCING THEM to live in hotels to visit their daughter that murdered three babies. AND THEY WOULD NOT HAVE TO DO SO AT ALL IF THEIR DAUGHTER HADNT MURDERED THREE CHILDREN. SO WHY THE HELLLLLLLLL IS SHE FILING TO RECEIVE CITIZEN TAX DOLLARS TO BE GIVEN TO HER WHILE SHE IS BASICALLY IN JAIL AND TO SUPPORT HER FAMILY FOR CHOOSING NOT TO WORK TO MOVE CLOSER TO THE CHILD KILLER. OH MY GOD THIS INFURIATES ME

Couldn’t agree more! If the prosecution had put that chaplain on the stand and she stated something that could be a bombshell for the prosecution, but she didn’t document it. Redington would’ve been all over the fact that she didn’t document it trying to disprove it as credible. Just like he was Dr. Tufts for not documenting the word “not”! Can’t pick and choose when documentation matters, and when it doesn’t.
