so they're only paying the waitress $2.13 an hour. you pay and complain that you don't need to tip more than $5 fine but here's the thing if they pay the waitress a normal salary where do you think that money is going to come from you're $36 steak will now be 50 it's up to you you're going to pay one way or the other do you want to pay for a good waitress because she's going to quit when it goes to a salary cuz she likes to make her money on tips or do you want to pay at the other end to a corporate restaurant or any restaurant of cost because if they're paying your salary they are no longer going to have waitresses cuz these people will go find better paying jobs so restaurants will disappear
