Can some Nigerians stop being emotional about this, the lady was wrong. There are certain positions you naturally show respect to. Calling the Chairman by his first name without even adding “Mr.” was simply inappropriate.

To be more professional and not emotional here 1, It's his name 2, He has title (I don't mean igbo title but professional) 3, He has the right to tell you what you should acknowledge him as. so I see no big deal with what and how he wants to be called.✌️
