Congratulations! My husband and I just tied the knot in February. He spent 37 years of his life (and 5 LONG years together) in the closet scared if he came out he would be ostracized by everyone at work, in the community, and even by his family. It’s what growing up Southern Baptist does to you. He did end up being kicked out of that church, but it was honestly the best thing that could have happened. For the first time in his life he feels free. Glad you two found happiness together!
