Marry Me Chicken — the creamy chicken dinner that earned its name. If you never know what to make for dinner, follow along. I’m sharing easy recipes worth remembering, and I’ve got a little sweet surprise coming later this week. Golden chicken, creamy Parmesan sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and a little heat. This one takes a few more steps than some of my easy dinners, but once you taste that sauce, you’ll understand why people keep making it. Save this recipe for dinner 👇 Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 3/4 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Fresh basil, for serving Salt and pepper, to taste Directions 1. Heat oven to 375°F. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear until golden, about 4–5 minutes per side, then transfer to a plate. 3. Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and cook briefly, then stir in thyme, red pepper flakes, chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer about 5 minutes. 4. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. 5. Bake about 15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F. Finish with fresh basil and more Parmesan if you like. Save it so you can find it again, share it with someone who never knows what to make for dinner, and follow for more easy recipes worth remembering. #MarryMeChicken #EasyDinnerIdeas #ChickenRecipes #WeeknightDinner #DinnerDoneEasy
