Tanjiro would probably blame himself for the death of his family and Giyuu’s death. Depressed he’d wander the freezing forest and die of starvation, hypothermia or by a demon. Nezuko would be alone and would resort to eating animals until she is found by a demon slayer. That demon slayer either kills her, ends up as food for her or is Mitsuri in which case she’d probably be taken in under Mitsuri’s protection but not as part of the demon slayer corps. She’s then probably killed by a hashira while wandering outside to look for Mitsuri
