ARA is the ONLY thing that has helped with my arm nerve pain from spinal cord injury!!!! I had been on it for a month and had to think if my arm hurt! I also have muscle spasms in my hand and those left too. THEN, I ran out. 4 days without and pain right back. Never going off of it.

Has anyone heard of it increasing migraine flares and cardiac issues? As soon as I started this, around week 2, MAJOR migraine flare and chest pains… not sure if either are related but want to see if anyone has had any similar events
