You have to consider this is August . I din't know how they do it now but twuce a year about half tbe Marines in Okinawa and other places around the world deployed to South Korea for a 3 to 4 mknth field exercise . I'm guessing this is just North Korea trying to flex its muscle in front of us . No big deal. They are just trying to show off .
