I had to go to THREE, 2 HOUR long sessions 3 hours away from where I lived by a licensed psychologist, you CANT self diagnose BPD, the criteria is extremely hard to meet, you don’t want BPD it’s not cute or “trendy”. It’s hell.

when they love you (lovebombing) its great! and when they are mad at you (horribly abusive behaviors that cannot be undone) its horrible. yeah, lose lose with these people. I feel sympathy for them cause obviously they cant help being awful people, but being a survivor of two partners with BPD, i pity the people subjected to them more.

im sorry but 1.5% america has bpd and the self diagnosing is CRAZY yall dont know how hard it is to live ive broken almost all my relationships i have lost everyone because of ME its not this easy thing or quirky or cute to be mentally ill, ive been in and out of mental hospitals, im homeless, this disorder is so hard to live with
