Our feet is really meant to feel the ground, those overly cushioned shoes are killing the muscles of our feet. I only wear barefoot shoes and it made a huge difference for my posture, I’m more balance, feet doesn’t hurt. If that ballet flats will have a wider toe box that would be perfect because our toes should splay not be crumped with shoes.
